M1046 Humvee TOW

I have recently modified the standard Tamiya Hummer model into the M1046 TOW carrier variant along with adding head and taillights.

The TOW missile launcher is scratch-built, had to dig deep into my spare parts box and it includes lots of things including a 7.62 from my M60 ammo belt

The modified M1046 TOW carrier, always intended to do something with the basic kit and this was it!

TOW is scratch built with various things out of my bits box, from brass tubing to a 7.62 bullet from the M60 ammo belt!

Also added the louvred ID panels to the side and back and got the old airbrush out to re-weather it a little, give it a bit more 'battered' look.

Tail-lights too!

The crewman is actually a driver from the XR311, modified slightly to fit the bill

All in all a nice fun project
